Soul Float - Terms & Conditions.

We’re so glad you’re here. To help us keep Soul Float safe, calm and welcoming for everyone, these are the key things to know when booking or visiting us.
1. Bookings & Payments
All sessions are booked online through our booking system.
Payment is taken at the time of booking.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your session is secured.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — we understand.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If we ever need to reschedule for operational reasons, we’ll contact you straight away and offer a new time or a full refund.
3. Memberships
Memberships renew monthly.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Membership floats don’t roll over unless stated in your plan.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
4. Health & Safety
Your wellbeing is our priority.
Before your first visit, you’ll need to complete our health & safety waiver.
Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies or anything that might affect your session.
Floating and sauna use may not be suitable if you have:
First-trimester pregnancy
Open wounds or active skin conditions
Contagious illnesses
Uncontrolled medical conditions
Allergies to Epsom salts or hydrogen peroxide
If we feel it’s not safe for you to continue, we may need to pause or refuse the session.
5. Arriving for Your Session
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can relax and settle in.
If you’re late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, it may need to be marked as a missed appointment.
6. Gift Vouchers
Soul Float gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
They’re non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers can only be redeemed for Soul Float’s own services — not for independent practitioners, workshops, classes, or any other offerings delivered by third-party providers within Soul Float.
Expired vouchers can’t be extended.
If a voucher is lost or damaged, contact us — we’ll help if we can verify the purchase.
7. Using Our Space & Equipment
To protect our float tanks, sauna and filtration systems — and to give you the best possible experience:
Please shower before and after your session.
Avoid lotions, oils, fake tan and recent hair dye (within the last 48 hours).
Please follow any guidance from staff to ensure safe use of equipment.
Any damage caused by misuse may result in a charge.
We follow strict hygiene and operational standards at all times.
8. Respectful Behaviour
Soul Float is a calm, restorative space.
We may ask someone to leave (without refund) if they behave in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful or disruptive to others.
9. Personal Belongings
We’ll always do our best to keep your things safe, but personal belongings are left at your own risk.
10. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.
Your information is stored securely and used only for bookings, communication and safety — in line with UK data protection laws.
11. Updates to Our Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.
