Serenity by Sarah: Restorative Slow Flow Yoga. Every Monday 7pm - 8pm
Ease into your week with a class designed to help you unwind, soften, and prepare for a deeply restful night’s sleep. We begin with a gentle, slow flow to release the day from the body, moving with the breath to create space, circulation, and a sense of calm.
As the class unfolds, we transition into longer, yin inspired holds, allowing the body to fully settle. Supported, grounding shapes invite you to switch off from the outside world, de-regulate the nervous system, and gently restore both body and mind.
This is your time to pause, exhale, and come back to yourself so you can move into your week feeling steady, nourished, and well rested.
Suitable for all levels. Bring layers for warmth and comfort. Mats and props can be used at the studio or bring your own!
Fran Lewis: Yoga Nidra & Yin Yoga
Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" is a guided meditation technique that induces deep conscious relaxation by guiding practitioners into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Fran will also use the healing power of reiki energy for the entire session to leave you feeling rested and renewed.
Yoga Nidra Dates: Wednesday 20th May, Wednesday 24th June
This Yin Yoga session supports deep release, it combines both the Indian & Chinese Taoist principles of meridian stimulation. Fran will create a deeply healing and supportive hands on healing space as she guides you through this slow paced meditative style of yoga. Each pose, with Reiki healing, is held for about 3-10 minutes which brings an overall sense of calm to the body and nervous system.
Yin Yoga Dates: Wednesday 10th June, Wednesday 8th July
Both these classes can be combined with an infrared sauna or float session beforehand for the ultimate relaxation evening.
